Carolyn helped us sell my mother's house in Boulder after my mother passed away. My husband and I live in Albuquerque so we were doing the sale long distance, with only a few trips up to Boulder. Carolyn did an amazing job. She understands the Boulder market and all the necessary details for selling a house. She gave us great advice on staging the house, helped us choose an appropriate listing price, did a great job responding to potential buyers while the house was on the market, and handled some tricky negotiations with the buyers and their agent extremely well. Her advice was good because the house was only on the market for a week and we got a very good price for it. Throughout the whole process Carolyn was a master at communicating with us and staying in touch so that we always knew what was going on. We felt that we could trust her and were in competent hands. When we needed some last minute items removed from the house before closing, Carolyn went to the house and took care of it herself so we didn't have to make an extra trip up to Boulder. She really went out of her way to help. Finally, Carolyn is a lovely person to work with and we enjoyed getting to know her. We were lucky to have such a great realtor
I've been browsing the market in and around Boulder County for the past fifteen months or so and have received a lot of input and guidance from Carolyn while reviewing properties during that time. With the beginning of this year I began hunting with intent to purchase. The market during the past few weeks has been very active with nice houses going under contract in just a few days, which meant we had to move quickly. Carolyn worked closely with me to refine my search criteria, help me narrow down what I was really looking for and to move quickly in identifying and doing walk-throughs of new properties.
